The Surf Ranch bungalow is brand new and just remodeled. It is a cozy, upstairs back unit close to the sand. It’s relaxed, vintage vibe makes it an amazing beach cottage and wonderful family experience. It has A/C, comes with 1 garage spot, outdoor shower and small patio with bbq. It is walking distance to the sand and super close to a great surf break in Newport Beach.
It has a queen bedroom and a twin over full bunk bed room with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
